Interaction (Oral): Asylum Seekers
Topic Group 2: Contemporary Challenges - Social Ethics (Weighting: 10%)
Students participate in a role play where they adopt the persona of a real life panellist on a mock ABC Q&A show. They will research and present this stakeholder’s perspective on the asylum seeker debate.
Students then record a brief personal standpoint justified by evidence on the issue, having reflected on the variety of perspectives presented by the panellists and during our overall unit.
